Evidence Based Birth® Childbirth Classes:

Six virtual class meetings with your EBB instructor and peers.
The last class is a comfort measures rehearsal.
Five weeks of online videos for you and your partner to watch at your convenience. Over 14 hours of instruction.
Printed spiral parent workbook included.
Digital access to over 20 handouts of relevant topics in maternity care.
Mentorship from Karen Wallace, experienced EBB instructor.

Karen lives in North Carolina with her husband of 31 years and some of their nine children. They raise children, chickens, and turkeys.

She has been a childbirth instructor for 25 years.
She has presented about birth at conferences, hospitals, doctor's offices, midwifery classes, and schools.
She is currently a 4-H leader and was longtime a Girl Scout leader.
Birth work is her vocation.

Comfort measures are important part of both Evidence Based Birth EBB online childibirth classes.

You get mentorship from an EBB® instructor.
We meet online 6 times. One class is a comfort measures rehearsal.
Five weeks of online videos for you and your partner to watch at your convenience.

The overall purpose of this one hour Savvy Birth 101 workshop is for you to be confident and empowered to have conversations with your birth providers and team in order to receive evidence based care throughout your pregnancy and during your birth and beyond!

Evidence Based Birth Savvy Birth Workshop for pregnant couples online covers positive communication.

At the Savvy Birth Workshop for Parents, you’ll learn ways to communicate effectively with your doctor, midwife, and nurse. You will discover strategies for asking questions without seeming disrespectful, and you will get the inside scoop on how to stack the odds in your favor of having a positive birth experience.

Evidence Based Birth Childbirth Classes mission is to empower and inspire expecting parents. Doula

Auditing Birth Professionals have three options: Basic, Professional and Deluxe.

Basic: (This is only for the doulas who are attending with your clients). $50

Professional: 6 virtual classes, 7 weeks of online content, acupressure content (not printable). $75

Deluxe: 6 virtual classes, 7 weeks access to online content, acupressure content (not printable) and 30 day trial to the Professional Membership at Evidence Based Birth®. $125
