- Ten interactive virtual class meetings with your instructor and peers. We discuss labor, birth, and babies.
- Discussion depends on the interest and questions of the students.
- The last class is a comfort measures rehearsal.
- Printed spiral parent workbook included.
- Digital access to over 20 handouts of relevant topics in maternity care.
- Mentorship from Karen Wallace, experienced instructor.

- She has been a childbirth instructor for 25 years.
- She has presented about birth at conferences, hospitals, doctor's offices, midwifery classes, and schools.
- She is currently a 4-H leader and was longtime a Girl Scout leader.
- Birth work is her vocation.
