Expectant couples from around the nation attend our virtual classes. We have taught in North Carolina, California, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Karen has a B.A. from Barnard College, Columbia University and a M.A. from Teachers College, Columbia University. Jeff has a B.S. from the School of Engineering and Applied Science, Columbia University.
Karen teaches classes with her knowledge of laboring and giving birth to 9 babies. Jeff gives the perspective of husband, coach and father.
Through childbirth education, you can feel empowered by understanding the process of birth, the choices you have, and gain the confidence to advocate yourself.
