Two Hour Maternity Consultation

The goal of a birth consultation is to help you determine your pregnancy and birth priorities and to provide you with resources. We will discuss your birth vision. What are your birth goals and priorities? What can you do to effectively communicate with your birth team? What is the best use of your time and resources to prepare for your birth?
For over 20 years, Karen has helped expectant couples prepare for the birth of their baby. She has a Masters from Teachers College, Columbia University and has personally given birth nine times.
This meeting is tailored to answer your questions. The two hour consultation works for individuals and for couples. Karen will contact you within a few hours of receiving your payment to schedule your meeting at a mutually convenient time. She will also send you a list of questions. Receipts are available. Some insurance companies remimburse for childbirth education.

The maternity consultation is tailored to your needs and questions. We will discuss your birth priorities and how to effectively communicate with your birth team. We can discuss the birth plan, selecting birth professionals, and discuss any questions that you have. Karen will contact you within a few hours of receiving your payment to schedule your consultation at a mutually convenient time.
